The best
Went in to there twice. Once for a boat trailer hub and the other for a utility trailer bearing set. Both times I had the old parts and they figured out the replacement parts and had the parts in stock for a reasonable price when no one else in the PDX area did.
Other than the phones always disconnect or hang up , the service is good
Great product.,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really bad customer service at WILL CALL nd front office. The way he talks to CUSTOMER is extremely disrespectful, like he’s trying to abuse the little authority his position gives him. If any of the management is reading this, I strongly encourage you to take action — this individual is damaging the reputation of your company. 10/15/25
Replaced an axle on my Casita trailer, and the new one was shipped to this location for will call. Everyone I worked with at the Wilsonville location, at least half a dozen folks, was fantastic. Personable and professional. I'd recommend these folks in a heartbeat.
