The ladies instore on 8/9/24 were so amazing and helpful getting my daughter a new outfit. They guided us as we had never shopped there before. They were also being so helpful to all other customers. We may not have spent any money without their help, but happily walked out with a bag of items :)
This shop has some quite good activewear clothing. The sales assistant (or she might have been manager) was aggressive and argumentative and questioned why I had not bought from them before or were familiar with them. She aggressively brow beated me into buying activewear that did not suit me and was a size too small. She repeatedly tried to sell me other items which I assured her I already had. Lily was so helpful and able to find the perfect size for me since I was same height as her and similar build which made the experience very comforting as she knew what she was talking about.
Tracey went above and beyond to assist me with a complex return today. Absolutely appreciate the effort she put in to help me out!
