We are right on the bicycle trail. Established in 2014. Rockwater Marina opened in 2014 to complement the bicycle trail and provide full-service two boulders on the Arkansas River. We now have a kayak rental company working with us to provide another avenue of enjoyment of Arkansas' natural beauty.

I have friends who live in this neighborhood, and they absolutely love it! The homes are stunning, the location is safe and a great place to go on a run. The area is well-maintained and within walking/driving distance of some of Little Rock's most fun activities!
