One star is too many!! Chelsey is not only a terrible hairstylist, she has the morals of a hooker in heat! I was referred by a friend and the appointment started off well. She was friendly and understood what I wanted. Then her phone started blowing up. At first, it was a few random text replies. Then she kept excusing herself to take calls during our appointment.
