Love love love Dr. Morgan. My twins feel right at home there. The staff is always so very friendly. Today we had a late afternoon apppointment and not only were they on time, they got us in and out early!
My daughter (18 months) just had her second checkup here. Each time we’ve gone they are super patient with her. The office is geared towards kids and it helps makes the experience as fun as possible. Definitely glad we chose this place for my daughter and we will keep using them in the future!
I love taking my kids to see the staff here at Rockwall Pediatric! From the minute I sign in, to seeing the dental staff do the cleaning for my two kids, x-rays, and then meeting with Dr. Morgan, my kids and I are extremely happy with everything! My 3 year old is very fidgety and has to be comforted, Ms. Vanessa sensed that and continually tried to keep him calm while she counted, cleaned and flossed his teeth. I went to Dr Morgan for a second opinion and the moment I walked in, his staff were absolutely welcoming and professional. He took the time to talk about the options and was extremely confident and acknowledge my 5 year old the entire time (I hate when adults dismiss kids). I decided to go with him, my son had his first work done yesterday and it went perfect, he is so charismatic with kids while remaining professional the entire time. Dr.Morgan and his staff are amazing! I cannot day enough good things. Patience and promptness are high on my list. I have 4 small children and they were so patient with each of their needs, were very kind to them and we were in and out within 35 minutes!
Have been coming here for almost 20 years - love the doctors & staff!!!
