Eddie was absolutely wonderful in helping us move it. Very friendly, but also provided in great detail everything that was needed. Any questions we had he was able to answer. 10/10 would use him if trying to move into this complex

(UPDATED) Management was very quick to respond and took care of the issue right away by spraying our unit and the surrounding ones. They were extremely helpful and we really appreciate how fast they acted. WE LOVE THE MANAGEMENT thank you so much for acting so fast on resolving our issue (First) We’ve lived here about 6–7 months. We’ve lived here about 6–7 months. When we first moved in, everything seemed fine, but now we can’t go a single day without seeing roaches in the kitchen. We are very clean people with a newborn, so our home is always tidy. The issue is clearly with the building itself — roaches are also in the hallways, which sometimes have a foul odor and aren’t kept up nearly as well as the Lakeview building. The staff here are awesome and do everything they can to help, and the neighbors are great too, but the roaches are out of control.... read more

Absolute nastiest worst place. The hallways have an awful stench and the place is roach infested. I never went a week without seeing a roach. It was a continuous problem. They did what they could to spray, but it was never enough. They also tried to tell me “Sorry all apartments have roaches”. Untrue, it’s only at this property where I’ve had such an experience. Management is professional, and did what they could, but the physical building is horrible. Not worth the $$$
