Absolute nastiest worst place. The hallways have an awful stench and the place is roach infested. I never went a week without seeing a roach. It was a continuous problem. They did what they could to spray, but it was never enough. They also tried to tell me “Sorry all apartments have roaches”. Untrue, it’s only at this property where I’ve had such an experience. Management is professional, and did what they could, but the physical building is horrible. Not worth the $$$
The hallways smell like a mix between trash, poop (animal and human), food, and mold. The building is old and they definitely favor lakeview in everything they do. The rent is way too high for it to be treated in such a manor. People have caught on to it being ghetto so it's attracted more ghetto characters. Eventually this place will not be very safe to live in at all if they keep it up.
I’ve enjoyed the 4 years I’ve been in these apts. The management and entire staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s very peaceful in the apts. the neighbors and neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet.
Fire alarms have been going off almost every single night around 2 am - 4 am. Not sure if this place is not up to code or something needs to be replaced, not one email from the property managers either. The safety of the residents is clearly not prioritized. Very distressing and exhausting!
Terrible and pathetic.. Elevators are always broken, complex is old as dust, no one answers their phones at the office, the amount of times the water has been shut off for hours and you only get the exact same lousy email of “sorry for the inconvenience.” Earlier this year the power was out for days and again “sorry for the inconvenience.” People work on their cars outside every single day, the amount of loud noises is crazy and again if you let them know they just send an email saying “remember guys quiet time is between 9p... read more
