Good Experience – The experience was fine as is.
Service Department ROCKS!! – After multiple failed attempts to fix my PT Cruiser's problems with the thermostat, I FINALLY decided to take it to Rockwall Dodge to have it looked at. I explained to Mike everything that I had already done or replaced and what my car was doing. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and by 10 am Mike called me to tell me what the problem was. Helpful – My service advisor was very pleasant and helpful... as well as a technician who I spoke with about installing a lift on my Jeep.
Above and Beyond – These guys went above & beyond and they cleaned my pickup and cleaned the inside. I was very satisfied.
