Parking is awful and expensive. Just go to Bethesda or Rio. There are more options and you can park. We used to go to Rockville all the time but now it is just a pain. And there really aren't any notable restaurants to go to except for Peter Changs. Sorry.
Lower rents so vendors can stay...IT IS DARK THERE AND NO FOOT TRAFFIC...
