Never park at the parking meter. They charged my bank $20 as prepaid parking fees without my consent or without warning. I only found out when I checked my bank statement. Who would expect the parking meter takes out prepay fees. I don't live in Rockville and I only go there 2 or 3 times a year. Now I am requesting my prepaid $20 but no one from parking meter service(MobileNow) answer the phone or reply my email. Why would this Town Square let this happened ? I feel like I was robbed on the street where I should feel secure.... read more
Nice but always so much turnover with restaurants. I mean, having different restaurants is great but so many close and then new ones open after just a short while. I don't get it. Maybe "oversaturation"??
