Never had an issue with RFP. Professional, nice staff, they listen and diagnose.
With the exception of one dr (possibly a PA or NP) they were all helpful and polite including the nurses. I give it a one star because the receptionists are horrible. They never call back. I called multiple times around February/march 2020 and again in November 2020 and have never received a call back (mind you its march 27 2021) This isn't the first time either. When i did get a chance to get an appointment the receptionists were rude. No to mention while waiting to be seen I've watch the receptionists not answer the phone.... read more
The providers are nice but I can not say the same for the staff especially the front desk staff. Attitude rude, negative and condescending.
Dr. Gianini is the best. Super friendly, knowledgeable and just down to Earth. I would recommend her and this practice to anyone.
