They were amazing especially Maria she helped me with everything I needed to prepare for the appointment even when I struggled a bit thank you so much for hospitality and warm environment
I have been here for a total of 3 times. From a technical aspect, Dr. Mina and her team are good. But she has been nothing but passive aggressive towards me. I felt a lot of pain when she injected my gums and I was upset and I needed a moment. Rather than expressing concern her only question was “will I be able to work?” Luckily her assistant was nice. I had such a positive experience at Rockville Dental from the moment I first called! Maria was incredibly helpful and even figured out my correct insurance after I had given her the wrong information. I went in for a cleaning today, and Sal was absolutely wonderful! Hands down the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to Rockville Dental for about 5 years now, and I’ve always had a great experience! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Maria at the front desk is the best and always so helpful with appointments and insurance, and Stephanie is wonderful as well. Solomon, the hygienist, is great and always gives helpful recommendations. Dr. Mina is kind, thorough, and makes sure I’m up to date with my dental care.
