I called Steve to see about him installing the ICF for my build. He told me that it was out of his area (about an hour and half away). Instead of hanging up, he took the time to talk with me. He said he could do it if I don't find someone else. He then told me there was a builder that installs BuildBlock in the area I'm looking and even offered to look around to find that company's information. Very pleasant and helpful to deal.
