Technician work? Flawless — 10/10. Customer service with the owner? 1/10. Don’t be fooled by the polite first impression. The moment you ask a reasonable question, expect defensiveness, interruptions, and zero explanation. I left feeling belittled, gaslighted, and completely disrespected. Great techs, terrible management..
What a great place. I needed a used car inspected before choosing to buy it or not. I called and they saw me almost immediately. They were friendly, they talked through the logistics of the car with me to help me understand pros and cons, and were generous of spirit and skill. And because of their inspection, I saved hundreds in the purchase of my car. I would travel from Charlottesville again to go here. Thank you Shahab Wali and team. Your honesty and help are appreciated.
I’m a single mother, and I work full time! Finding a state inspector after 4 is nearly impossible! I walked into Rock Town auto at almost 5 pm and was greeted with a smile and finally a YES! I can’t say how thankful I am, or Brag enough about the service! I would love for everyone to have a great experience like me. I will continue to get my inspections here from now on!
I’m so happy that I don’t have worry about where to fix my car with this place being around.. i once mixed my coolant with the windshield fluid and the windshield fluid with the coolant and I came here and they did everything for me at a lower price alhamdulillah
100% SATISFIED I am speechless. These guys absolutely blessed me. I just lost everything in my life and sold what little I had so I could get to my daughter. I pray the Lord blesses them 7fold. I am driving across state from Virginia to Washington. In a 96 honda that sat 2 years. It had a horrible wobble. Come to find out 2 tires had flat spots a few broken studs and basically no break pads left. They went above and beyond for me without hesitation, ensuring I will get home safely.
