I waited for 1 HOUR and 5 MINUTES for the Dr. to come in for 5 minutes to tell me my toothache was an infection. I was not happy that I had to wait that long. I am not sure if I came in at a time that he goes to Lunch, but i would recommend NOT to schedule someone during their lunch period. I was also told that the finance option would be discussed before I met with the Dr, and would go over the amount due however this did not happen. I was given the amount due and was told to sign. I cant say enough great things about your office! You are truly the BEST dental office I have ever been to--and I have been to at least 12 practices with all of our family moves! Your staff is so friendly and professional! You all go above and beyond to help people and I am so thankful for all the work you did on my son's mouth. Thank your for squeezing him in also! Chipped my tooth, was able to see Dr O'Brien the same day for a temporary fix. The next morning he was able to finish with the repair. I received a call from Dr. O'Brien that evening to see if I was OK, WOW!! He really cares about his patience.
