Dr. O'Brien and his staff are perfectionists but that is okay with me.
My mouth felt amazing after my appointment!
Enjoyed meeting everyone. Dr. O'brien explained everything what was going on. Very friendly.
Dr. O'Brien very cordial and explains things thoroughly. Does excellent work. His whole staff is very friendly.
Dental assistant who did x-rays was not gentle; wound up with sores underneath my tongue that lasted for days. I also do not find this establishment to be sensitive to the financial needs of others. I stated that I do not have dental insurance and would be paying out of pocket, and the procedure that I was inquiring about was still about $200 more compared with other dentists. I also felt that the dentist was looking for other things to fix. Overall, I'm not pleased and I would not go back.
Wonderful dental practice
The best experience at a dentist that I have ever had. They have always been concerned about my personal needs and comfort, and they explain everything to my satisfaction. I hope they never lose that personal touch.
The only issue that makes it difficult for me to continue to come to Rockton Dental is the hours. I have to take a half of a vacation day to come to the dentist because the hours are doing normal business hours for most people. It is VERY difficult to get away from work to get to the dentist.
Not pleased in how my daughter was treated she left from there thinking that she was hated,I'm not pleased in how her feelings were treated.
