Bad customer service. Plus profiling based on appearance.
We had a hard time finding tile for our 2 bathroom projects until we found Rockstar tile art. Michael and Eddie have an awesome selection and super good customer service. Little did I know that they also do tile work as well and Michael’s work is exemplary and his knowledge of tile is unsurpassed. I should mention that their prices are good too which was the icing on the cake! If you have a tile of flooring project I highly recommend Rockstar tile in Harbor City.
Sooo impressed with Rockstar Tile Art! I have exhausted the tile selection at big box stores and online, but had something very specific in mind, and knew it must still exist somewhere. On a whim, on a Sunday afternoon, I drove down to Rockstar, and in spite of the smaller showroom, the selection is massive! And sure enough, they had EXACTLY what I was looking for!
