Friendly staff and great service
I have been taking my two miniature dachshunds to Rockstar pet salon to get their nails trimmed for a little over 2 years now. The customer service that Ryan gives my dogs is wonderful. Always takes his time and make sure that they're really short. I really appreciate Rockstar Pet Salon and thank you.
Thank you for doing such a great job Ryan! My spoiled little pooch can be a handful but seemed relaxed after the grooming visit instead of stressed. I love his paws and tail! Hope you are ok with us requesting you to be Jacks groomer when I make appointments.
They are the Best around! I would never go anywhere else!
I went to bring my dog in on a Thursday and the receptionist rudely told me that my appoint was for the day prior (which it shouldn’t have been). When I asked why no one called me on Wednesday when we had missed our appoint she just said “someone should have called” which they didn’t. Then the only thing she offered to rectify the situation was just to wait there and maybe she could fit us in. When I asked how long the wait would be she said “probably hours”. Our 160lb St. Bernard is the sweetest, but he has a lot of other places he'd rather be than the groomers. :) We know he's a lot of dog.. (we live with him everyday.) We always get worried that because of his size groomers will become frustrated and lose patience with him. After having Ryan groom our guy I couldn't be happier and more at ease. He was very thorough, patient, kind, and our Roscoe looked tip top! We will patron Ryan always from now on. <3
