Had Chris as a driver yesterday for St. Patty's and he was phenomenal! The new "Lucky 13" custom bus was awesome and is perfect for any event! Thank you for such a great service!
Very bad experience for a 21st birthday I attended. My friend didn't even receive the correct bus that she had requested and if she had known that was the bus she was getting for the price she paid she would've went through a different establishment. The driver also threatened to leave us in Cleveland, then 2 of our friends who got lost because he was supposed to be off work, but in any case you don't threaten to leave anyone stranded somewhere when we paid a lot of money for the bus. So disappointed in this establishment. I had heard such great things until my daughter actually rented a bus. They sent her the wrong bus, verbally harassed her and her friends the entire night. The bus driver who was well over 40 asked out one of her 21 year old friends which was COMPLETELY inappropriate. He also called and left her threatening voicemails. Also after sending the wrong bus and talking to the company they did not offer any refund or ANYTHING of that matter. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
