If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. Sent us a different bus than the one we had put a deposit down on. Did not tell us ahead of time that they were sending a different bus. The bus they sent us smelled musty and has holes and rips in the seats and did not have AC. The driver was incredibly rude to us when we did not want to get on the bus. Ended up shutting the door in our face and driving off. I booked a RockStar Party Bus for a group of friends in celebration of my friend's 30th birthday. We had a great driver, and had a blast on and off the Lucky 13 bus. Communicating with Roman before the event was a breeze. Thanks so much for the great time!

It has gotten so bad with their comments that we are checking into a suit for defamation of character and harassment. This owner should have reeled this moron in and not let him drive with his "personal" issues that day. By the way business owner, freedom of speech is one thing, but check the statutes in the state of Ohio. Most companies can terminate an employee for casting a bad light of their product or service on Social Media. It is called a condition of employment.
I really enjoyed my experience and Johnny was a great worker who was very accommodating
