My first visit to a salon during this pandemic and I feel like I learned how to do a better manicure/shellac nails at home! They're uneven and messy; despite the technician (Lee) taking his time. What a waste of $35! When I showed him all the paint on my skin, he didn't even try to correct it and the price went up $5! I usually pay less ($30) for perfection elsewhere. Never. Again. Their customer service is horrible because none of them tried to make it right.
