My first time going and I do not like these dip nails, pic will be in comments; the pedi was good though.
- my first & last time coming to this place!! I paid 77$ for some bullshit! I got a regular set with black nail polish and a finger full of Rhinestones 77$ for that!! & at that the guy tryed giving me an attitude. When i asked a question on why so much! Then as soon as I got home the nail polish started to pill right off! I should of never cheated on my nail salon INSTYLE NAILS IS THE PLACE TO BE
I always enjoy coming here! Every time I get a dip nail it’s beautiful! They always make sure to ask along the way if you like it or not! They almost always ask if you want something to drink and they are always so nice! They have rewards with discounts which a lot of nail places do not have! They always try to get to you as fast as possible and when it’s busy they still seat you and have you pick your color! Great nail salon, I personally only come here to get my nails done!
Called yesterday if they could get me in bc it was an hour and a half before closing. They said yes no wait. So I go and they are rushing me the entire time! Rude. Then when she starts polishing my nails I realize I don’t like that color and so I ask her if I can change before she finishes and she said it would be $20 more!! Or I could come back when I needed a fill and change colors then. Talk about RUDE.
LOVING MY NEW SNOWMAN NAILS!! KEVIN AND VICKIE DID AN AMAZING JOB!! LOVE COMING TO ROCKSTAR, NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY ARE YOU NEVER FEEL RUSHED. JUST PAMPERED AND RELAXED .

Went in with my mom and daughters. Told them i needed a full set, my mom needed a fill and the girls just wanted their nails painted. They had us sit and wait. Another girl walks in and wants a full set and they sit her at a table and immediately started on her nails. Sorry but you don’t start on someone else’s nails when they just walked in when you have others waiting for the exact same thing. We left and won’t be back. Not a great way to do business.
