Rockstar was incredibly easy to work with and the booking process was simple. Their coordinators were very organized and helpful throughout the process. Drivers were there on time, drove safely, and the buses were in good condition. The driver had the whole bus laughing and having a good time. Overall, great experience and would recommend them for any wedding transportation needs!
We used ROCKSTAR LIMO for our wedding in April. Overall ROCKSTAR LIMO was great. Clean, timely, and friendly. Sara A. helped us book and she was knowledgeable and helpful! We got two sprinter vans to our venue and one sprinter and a luxury sedan back to the hotel. Everything about the cars was very fun! The complimentary champagne was also great! Do not recommend rockstar. We worked with them for our wedding and despite very detailed planning, they failed to perform on the day of. One of our three shuttles did not arrive and resulted in our only guests not only missing photos, but also needing to arrange their own last minute transportation. Further, Rockstar has been unresponsive and unaccommodating throughout my complaint process. Lastly, I learned that while they refuse to go down Thames St, other bus/limo companies will. Def use another provider!
We had a great experience working with Rockstar Limo for our wedding! We used their trolley for our bridal party transportation, which was a big hit. The trolley was high quality and great for taking photos! We also used them for coach transportation to our rehearsal the day before. Overall, they were on-time and professional, and easy to work with / responsive during the planning process. Highly recommend!
