Your company is continuing to bill me since last April of last year. I sent multiple emails canceling my membership and I GOT BILLED AGAIN THIS MONTH. No one answers your phone.
I started rockstar kickboxing late December and I don’t regret anything. It is so much fun the coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive. Does not feel like your working out. It feels like you’re doing it with your family and just having fun.
Rockstar Kickboxing Commack is amazing. I recently moved to the area after having my baby boy. It was very overwhelming with a new home and a new baby. I was looking for an outlet and motivation to get out of my postpartum brain fog. The Rockstar family brought me back to life. From the intense work outs and routines to the motivational coaches, it has been a life changing experience. They are nice when you fist sign in and say that you can cancel after 3 months of commitment, but when I try to cancel they said I can’t that I need to pay all 11 months or stay with the regular month payments. Even though they said you signed a term I asked more than 3 times if I was able to cancel and they said yes. I totally NOT recommend for anyone. A totally gaslighting!!
