Fantastic job. I’ve used them a few times over the years. But this time, I had them come over for my wife’s car and my old ‘93 pickup, both needed new windshields. With the old truck, they took the extra time and cleaned up the rust and chipped paint from around the seal, sprayed some stuff to keep the rust from coming back, and put on new clips for the trim pieces. Not only do they have some of the best pricing around, but they are very detail oriented, thorough, and hardworking. They went above and beyond for me when they discovered a tiny scratch after they installed the new glass. They did ABSOLUTELY everything to make it right and kept me updated weekly, called/texted me to check in, and all of this without my prompting. Absolutely incredible service and they have earned a customer for life! Thank you so much!!
Big thanks to this crew for taking care of my malfunctioning automatic window. They got me on the schedule within a few days of calling, and they came to my driveway to fix the problem. They offered knowledge on what the problem was, and all in all provided customer service that was much appreciated. I will be calling them for the next repair.
Quickest service around! The best quality you could ask for, it truly doesn’t get any better than Rockstar Indy. They got me in and out quicker than anybody else was able to. They exceeded my expectations! If you have any windshield issues they will get you right!
Called and spoke with someone about a small windshield chip. They said they could come out to fix it in a few days and asked me to send them pictures. I sent pictures, they responded with the price, and then they ghosted me. I sent three additional messages, three separate times, trying to follow up and never heard back. Not good customer service!
