Purchased a new Pace 8.5x20 enclosed trailer. Sales department was great and easy to work with. Service / Parts department was the same. Awesome trailer and accessories. This is my 4th trailer from Rocks and I'll be back for the next time as well. Thanks!!!
This applies to the parts department. I ha e never worked with the sales side. I have been there five times. Saying i was less than impressed with the counter staff would be kind. Came in today (last time) for a jack. Empty spot on the rack. Finally the guy came over and said "yup, don't have it".............................."Could order it and have it next Tuesday". Went in for a replacement trailer axle. 3,500 pound, utility trailer. Was first told they couldn't get a replacement. Then called the factory and said two days.... read more
