The last time I bought a pack of 4 air filters for my odd size house vents for the heat pump from Amazon they were ridiculously expensive and had now gone up to $73 for 4 filters. On the brands own site they were the same price. Then I discovered RockRuth. My odd size filter is 17.5 x 14.5 x 1 and they had them, same Merc 8 quality as my last set but less than half the price. Maintenance worker lied to me about the policies and procedures. Said the AC vent was an issue, but the actual problem was the filter on the intake, outside the house under the unit cover. Had to fix it again myself.
