RockRuth installed a new HVAC unit in 2019, and they messed up everything possible, from promises from the salesman that turned out to be impossible to fulfill to forgetting to light the pilot light. They even left shards of metal on my 2-year-old son's floor. And they are the gift that keeps on giving. The installer (who seemed to be a meth user) installed the indoor unit in a way that their own service technicians cannot remove the cover to clean the coils. Our heat downstairs has been off since Friday. Due to weekend, and holiday....a repairman wasn't able to make it until today. (He came DESPITE the snow/ice) Luis Music was sooooo helpful, and knowledgeable! Luckily... the thermostat was the issue, but he checked both our units before he left. Thank you for helping us in our time of need, and you guys have a true "gem" in Luis! Take care!
