Final review as I'll be moving out at end of lease. Overall: 3/5 Office staff: 4/5 Most of the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dan from the office is fantastic. There's only one person who's a bit standoffish but no big deal to me. Maintenance: 7/5 Not much to say here, very quick turnarounds, very friendly, very hardworking. Parking: 3/5 $10/mo for parking, $40/mo for a reserved spot, believe $100/mo for a garage. $6/day for guests. Recommend a garage, will get to that later. My daughter and family live there. Very clean, nice clubhouse with pool table seating, kitchen, theater They also have a fitness center with numerous machines. There's an outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
UPDATE! Yep, we still love this place more than ever. What can I say about our new place? Omg amazing. This place is beyond perfect. We are so greatful to live here! Any issues we have had were taken care of promptly and professionally. We have met the whole staff and look forward to living here for many years. Dan and Cammy are so nice and accommodating . Please put building numbers on the buildings that are readable. Your residents order lots of delivery orders. The tiny building numbers you have on the apartment number signs are not easily detected. Nice big numbers on each building would help residents get food quickly delivered. Thank you
Edit: Just an update, as I've resigned for my 3rd year. Front office staff: Mostly great, management personnel are friendly and get on top of things. Dan is probably the best guy to deal with at the front desk. Maint: They keep up with the grounds well, they are quick to fix issues and very friendly. Possibly the best maint crew I've had in any apartment. Parking: Tons of parking in the right areas. Only ding here is 5280 parking.
