Don't do it A couple of years ago the property was okay. Now I would NOT recommend anyone to rent here. My apartment has flooded three times due to my neighbors old pipes and washer machines. The front office does not know how to communicate properly with the tenants. Security is never around, which leads to break ins and theft.

I also used this site to make my decision on which properties I wanted to go with and not having any updates reviews from anyone currently living at any of properties I was looking into during my search was frustrating and super not helpful. Great Apartments I have been at this complex for 6 years. I moved here in 2018 & i was in a 2 bedroom 2 bath but it was too small so in 2020 i moved into my now 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. I like my apartment. Any time i call & put in a request for maintenance, it’s done the same day. If they will be shutting the water off they send emails letting you know. Serena Oaks apartments Decent price, good location to airport and Tulsa welding school. They offer 9 month leases to accommodate those students. Carport parking in a gated community and they offer reserved spaces.
Don't do it The noise level is terrible , It seems like everybody has a boom box in their car and that don't mind blasting it all times of day and night, Residents need to be introduced to the garbage dumpster because they rather prefer to throw garbage of the window of their car, My apartment is nice and spacious but I can't enjoy it because of what's going on outside . I am definitely moving once my lease is up .

Very happy living here! The property managers and maintenance people here are great! They care about the people living here. They clean the property clean and safe. I have a nice fenced in area for my puppies to play. Most people here with dogs do pick their poop. Kids play outside and shouldn't have to worry about stepping in dog poop. All of my neighbors are friendly. This is home for me.

do not live here IF YOU CAN MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The new management sucks. The new office personnel sucks. The new maintenance staff sucks. Beware,The apartments have mold, are roach infested, and poorly managed. There is No storage space or closets. The grounds can get quite dirty, and the dumpster overflows. Once upon a time the complex was under different management with a sweet lady who worked in the office (Gisela). The complex even offered trash valet which they got rid of!
