Disgusted Roach and drug infested.... office workers falsify application for male residents they become hot and bothered over ..exchange personal cell phone numbers with married residents and form personal relationships with them
Nice place to live Marilyn was very helpful in getting my parents an apartment. She was very patient and kind as they are senior citizens and needed a lot of help and had a lot of questions. They love their new place . It’s quiet and clean and the complex is kept up with. Very happy we found this place ??
Water cut off .. Bad services .. but customer service every week the water cut off when u try to call them then they never answer no notices if the water gonna cut off their justify that it's an old property horrible services

We did not know in advance the water would be off or else we definitely would have notified all of our residents of such an inconvenient disruption. We have resolved these issues. Zamir is the best! I was referred by my uncle Wilbert and I must say when I came into the leasing office I was amazed in how sweet the leasing agent zamir was. A smile that you could not resist to smile back. Zamir is great! Made me feel at home already when I have not even started on my application but I thought about leaving a review before I do an application. The Crescent This are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. They have raccoons on the property and gets into your fireplace. We were in the kitchen and it sounded as if the raccoon was in the cabinets. They were in the attic. They tell you they have 24 hr maintenance but they don't never come out. The management here are horrible. RUN you do not want to live here unless your okay with living with raccoons and don't mind the horrible customer service you receive from the management team, which changes ever 3 months.
Management I see a few of you have had bad experiences but I haven't. As far as management goes i haven't had a problem yet. She's very warm and welcoming. Very prompt and eager to help. All of my repairs have been done in a timely fashion. As well as in security request. Thank you Lisa!
Rockridge springs Great and quite place to live ! i really feel save here ,, the girl who leased me my apt , Mayra is so sweet and helpful.
Management The new property owners must do not want to keep residents at this location. The new manager has a horrible attitude. Based on the website I see I am not the only person who think she is terrible. This location is always changing owners and managers with out any notification. In any instance when one deals with the public interpersonal skills are a must. The property manager lacks just that. Not what it use to be Have seen many managers come and go. The gate is always broken and open and the parking lot is dark and dangerous. They never keep the parking lot lights on and there are dark walking areas that should be lit. When I moved here that was one things I admired about the complex. That it was clean, quiet and secured and the office manager was nice and available, but she did not last long.Even Gisela I thought be around but since the flood, the new office manger, im not so sure about.
