Lived here for 2 years, avoid this place. The building is terribly outdated, and the walls and floors might as well be made of paper, you can hear everything, making neighbour disputes practically inevitable. There is also some odour in the whole building that I can’t describe. To make matters worse, the atmosphere is completely cold and hostile. People don't even exchange a basic "hello" in the elevator. No idea, was stood up for viewing appointment that was booked through Devon website. Left a voicemail with Matthew who didn’t respond to the voicemail nor to my email. No balconies and flakey management is all I can say for sure.
