This place has been infested with rats for the past years this is the reason I moved out and when I brought it to their attention they did nothing and simply said it was because they were fixing the road . Terrible !!!! Not willing to fix the problem then they sent a bad report to my credit when I moved for a good reason. I should have sue them
Very helpful and caring staff. Affordable and nice apartments. They are pet friendly and I highly recommend.

Management is so helpful, and love the environment here!
My only criticism: sometimes you have to remind the property owners you placed a maintenance request order. Not the property managers' fault: There's speedsters (motorcycles and sports cars) traveling up on Sugar Rd. very fast with their incredibly loud engines at night. The good: Pet friendly, washer and dryer in each unit, I believe, and I only saw a roach on 2 separate occasions in the 26 months I lived there.
