Not sure what all the low ratings are but we recently purchased in RP and we have had nothing but excellent correspondence from the HOA and especially the front desk. Every question we have had we got an answer. When we needed help or a repair even to just inquire about something they have answered immediately. Im not sure of everyone's name in the office but Marisol has been extremely professional and accommodating every time we have called and had any questions. Great hall for lectures
DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMMUNITY! Worst experience I have had, Condos are like paper, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing! Also Venco Western Inc is the landscape company.. look them up and their reviews will speak for themselves ( BAD! Stalking, poisoning animals, racially profiling ) HOA like to threaten you with letters and fines. But will not listen to or take the time to meet with tenets ! I WONT WISH THIS PLACE ON ANYONE !! ( signed a 4 year lease.. PAID to get out of this place early!! )
