They can't organize a concert to save their lives. They let people sit anywhere they want, even when you pay more money for reserved tickets. When you ask where you are allowed to sit, they ask for your ticket...even though they already took it from you at the door. Security let's individuals save seats in a "first come first serve" area. It's a joke.
I am extremely upset. Paid $80 a piece for 8 tickets in the 1-6 rows RESERVED. Staff gave out wrong color wristbands so when my family got there it was full with people, some who only paid $50. What a joke! People were saving seats too. Supposed to be :first come first served" Terribly disappointed!
