I paid for two tickets and a camp ground and these people stole my money. You can hardly ever get a hold of them. I talked to someone about this and they told me that because they had an event cancelled due to rain that they were going to refund me but then that never happened. These people told me that I had to wait for my refund and that there were other people ahead of me. This Rockin the Railroad is giving Sheridan Wy a bad name when can I expect MY REFUND that was supposed to be within 60 days. My husband even called the guy and he said within 10 days it would be on out checking account. LIES ALL LIES!!!!!
Has anyone got their money back from the cancelled Rock n the Railroad concert yet?
We want our money back!! It's been over 60 days and they claim to not know when they'll give us our money back now! Where is our money???
Loved 2014...still waiting on our refund from the canceled 2015 show. Not happy that it was canceled and DEFINITELY not happy that it is taking this long to get our refund!!!!
Just a short note to say we recognize and appreciate all your hardwork and effort to bring a show of this magnitude to Sheridan.
