Dr. Rockmore did my mom's foot surgery back in 2018. He was excellent, very personable and caring. Recently, we couldn't get Dr. Rockmore for my dad because he doesn't accept his insurance. So we got someone else in his practice. She was ok but not extraordinary. Even their office staff now are all different from a few years back. They were not friendly nor efficient. 2 months ago my boyfriend Fred went to Rockmore foot and ankle on Whitehorse Ave. After a thorough exam by one of their on-staff physicians, Fred was fitted for a pair of orthotics and told they would be ready in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called the office to find out where these orthotics were, I was told that the doctors that did Fred's exam was no longer there and he didn't put the order for the orthotics in. Update: the orthotics were picked up, thank you. Original (1 star): Dr. Rockmore never ordered the orthotics he was supposed to. The deposit was paid. It has been 6 weeks and they still aren't ordered. I will keep this review until they do their job. I have called several times and even went in person.

I went to this place 1 time in 2018 I had a standard office visit and I did not like the service.They kept pushing a very expensive laser treatment that my insurance did not cover.4 years later I get a call from a collection agency stating I owe $150 . This is complete fraud they never sent me a bill and the visit was covered by my insurance. Be careful when dealing with these crooks if the matter is not removed from my credit I will be filling a lawsuit against them.
