Update: the orthotics were picked up, thank you. Original (1 star): Dr. Rockmore never ordered the orthotics he was supposed to. The deposit was paid. It has been 6 weeks and they still aren't ordered. I will keep this review until they do their job. I have called several times and even went in person.

I went to this place 1 time in 2018 I had a standard office visit and I did not like the service.They kept pushing a very expensive laser treatment that my insurance did not cover.4 years later I get a call from a collection agency stating I owe $150 . This is complete fraud they never sent me a bill and the visit was covered by my insurance. Be careful when dealing with these crooks if the matter is not removed from my credit I will be filling a lawsuit against them.
