Purchased a house from them (that they owned & used as a rental) but waved the inspection due to short timeline (I know, dumb, never again). House has sooooo many issues - including exposed asbestos. It's a money pit. Upgrades and repairs done to this house while they owned it have long fallen apart. Half-baked, shoddy work.
