I am the manager of Rockmoor Apts and in response the the bad review that management doesn't clear the sidewalks. I don't understand what you're referring to? stuff tenants leave on the sidewalks or ice in the winter? 1st if the tenants and their children leave things on the sidewalks it's their responsibility to get it off, but if I see something I will have maintenance clear it off. 2nd if it's ice in the winter, maintenance does the best he can to clear it, as he has 3 complexes to care for. Management does not have the decency to clean off the sidewalks for residents. It has been made obvious safety is not their first priority, even after serious falls.
