Highly dissatisfied. I constantly hear my neighbors living in these townhouses. The continuous building noise is nonstop from 7 am to 7 or 8pm sometimes even later. Then the interest rates were dropped 2 months after I moved in, that’s a $150 - $200 a month I could have saved. how fair is that to the previous buyers. Never again will I purchase from rocklyn homes.
As a supplier, I love working with Rocklyn Homes. From the builders to the office staff, everyone is great to work with and they make doing business easy. In my opinion, they are one of the most organized builders out there. I can't recommend them enough. We are going on 5 years as a vendor with Rocklyn and hope to continue for many more!
