I enjoy very much living at Rocklyn. The facilities are nice and the location near downtown makes for a wonderful view. More importantly, recently I had an issue with water leak. Maintenance sent Robert the next day, and the problem was promptly resolved.
Transitioned from a luxury apartment to The Rocklyn and the pet deposit was DOUBLE what I paid before. $250 was extremely fair in my opinion, $500 feels like I'm being scammed for owning a 5lb cat. Leasing office does not seem very organized considering I had to call to receive important move-in documents and information. Didn't appear that the leasing office was on top of resident services.
