Beautiful property
I am writing to share some feedback regarding the recent management changes at Rocklyn. Under the previous manager, Megan Brockway, things were on the downside. However, since the new manager, Abby, has taken over, she has smoothed things over completely. She makes residents feel genuinely cared for and addresses our concerns professionally without making them about herself. Things are looking up, and we are glad to be residents here under Abby's leadership.
My worst apartment experience after renting at 4 different locations - one of them being a beat to crud college house. And the worst, by LIGHTYEARS. Leasing office is not organized considering I had to call to receive important move-in documents and information. I had to call multiple times to request my Welcome Home letter and full itemization of move-in deposit. Living here has been a great experience. Rose in the front office is always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. Richard and Marvin on the maintenance team are fantastic, quick to respond and always do quality work. It's clear the staff here genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend this community!
