Waited quite a while in the drive thru Friday morning. Kind of an average thing at Starbucks but after they found their momentum they were slinging coffees so quickly!! They give me my coffee and it's the wrong size. Not wanting to holdup the line I just pulled to the front, parked, and went inside. Another visit with a totally botched order. How can a simple order of black tea, 2 pumps sweetener become an iced coffee which is making my stomach sick. I had to ask for my order after standing around for awhile. I don't know why this order went so bad and I'm not happy about spending money to get the wrong drink which I'll end up throwing out!
My barista was OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (As you can tell by my number of exclamation points! A LOT of caffeine in that grande soy flat white!).
If you bring in a personal cup (even a official Starbucks cup), they will make it in a plastic cup anyway every time "for the measurements" -barista stated that's what they do every time and didn't care at all when I explained it defeated the purpose of a personal cup. They don't care about waste, wildlife or the whole point of bringing a personal cup.
The people that work there are awesome as I don't know if I could smile and be friendly when working a rush crowd.. however my issue is with the parking and drive thru mess. The drive thu line blocks the customers who parked go inside to pick up mobile orders or just to palace orders.. the liars get backed up and soon the drive thru is unable to move as they are block leaving. Please please work on some kind of traffic control
