I have lived here for a year so far and just renewed my lease! Best decision I made was moving here. The entire office staff and maintenance team is amazing. Layton was my leasing consultant and has been amazing since move-in and until now. Debbie is an amazing property manager and she is extremely responsive and helpful. I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know what a great place Rocklin Ranch Apartments are to live. Anytime I’ve had an issue with anything at the apartment. It has been resolved immediately, and above what would be a fair expectation for the resolution.. Chris, the main maintenance person, get things handled within an hour usually of a ticket going in. All the staff is wonderful to deal with, great with communication, and very proactive and how they deal with the residents. In particular Debbie the main person is a... read more
