I went to Rocklin just a couple days before my wedding to get my engagement ring rhodium plated. Spirit was so kind and helpful, and he found time in his busy day to sneak in my ring and get it back to me just a couple hours later. So happy with my ring and the kind, approachable service. Can’t recommend them enough!

Gave my wedding ring in to get polished and he cut it down into a pinky ring. He attempted to fix it and made a mess of it. Went back again today and it’s still a mess and his excuse was that’s the best he can do and that he made a mistake cutting it down. He said the only way to fix it would be to remake the ring and then had the nerve to say that I would have to pay for that. The ring is also noticeably lighter in weight. Avoid this place as he has no idea of what he is doing.
