From the time that I first visited to look at a unit through the move in and still today, the upkeep of the building is obvious. You can tell that the superintendents care about the building, and the residents. I feel like I'm part of a community here, and that's not common in apartment buildings. Marnie and Rob do such a great job with quick repairs and maintenance, and are such friendly faces to see.

We’ve had a great experience here! Resident managers Rob and Marnie are amazing with staying on top of everything- they are quick to respond and deal with any maintenance requests in a timely and thorough manner, and they are both so approachable and friendly! Everyone in the building has been super nice, and the location is great!
I wish to say a few words in regards to the maintaining and care of building 135 Allan Street. Marnie and Rob, consistently and systematically maintain the front foyer and hallways to a high level of cleanliness making it a pleasure to walk into the building with family and friends. They work very hard at keeping the laundry room sanitary and clean regularly equipping the room with wipes and cleansers to assist all tenants.
