We’ve had a great experience here! Resident managers Rob and Marnie are amazing with staying on top of everything- they are quick to respond and deal with any maintenance requests in a timely and thorough manner, and they are both so approachable and friendly! Everyone in the building has been super nice, and the location is great!Â
I wish to say a few words in regards to the maintaining and care of building 135 Allan Street. Marnie and Rob, consistently and systematically maintain the front foyer and hallways to a high level of cleanliness making it a pleasure to walk into the building with family and friends. They work very hard at keeping the laundry room sanitary and clean regularly equipping the room with wipes and cleansers to assist all tenants.
