I wish to say a few words in regards to the maintaining and care of building 135 Allan Street. Marnie and Rob, consistently and systematically maintain the front foyer and hallways to a high level of cleanliness making it a pleasure to walk into the building with family and friends. They work very hard at keeping the laundry room sanitary and clean regularly equipping the room with wipes and cleansers to assist all tenants. After selling our home, my husband & I moved here 14 yrs ago from East oakville to Rockwood Park Suites to be closer to downtown Oakville. We loved the building but had some issues with the Superintends provided. When Rob & Marnie came all the inefficiencies of this beautiful building were replaced, fixed, and the difference has made living here a grateful home to live-in.
