I visited today since WoodCraft is closing in Pittsburgh. Vince took the time to answer many of my questions. As someone new getting into CNC I truly appreciate how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are!
I've never been in a Rocklers before but this one was near where I was shopping so dropped by. I was hoping for some chatting about woodworking from some other wood geeks but no one said hello or asked if I had any questions. Wasted time. I'll shop elsewhere.
I have been driving from Erie to this store to buy stuff for many years. Great staff I have been very happy with thier service.
Rockler is my "go to" place. The staff are very helpful and experienced. Vince couldn't be a better manager. If I need help with a project I can just ask and get the instruction I need.
Don’t get your saw blades sharpened here. I sent a blade in for sharpening back in October. It came back worse than when it went in. I brought it back for them to correct the issue and they’ve had it for over a month with no word yet. I’ve called multiple times to get updates, but the problem still has not been resolved.
