1 have called their number at least 5 times and left messages to return my calls. I have not gotten one call back in about a month in a half of trying. Very discouraging....total turn off !!
Wonderful apartments and overall great, quiet community. The property manager, Marilyn, handles problems quickly and professionally. My family member is a veteran who rents there and has nothing but wonderful things to say about the complex. It’s always clean and quiet whenever I come to visit, and the other tenants are all very friendly and personable as well. Plenty of parking, convenient location to 95 and cocoa village and the beaches make this a great neighborhood for the price as well!!
I have lived here for 6 years with Kathryn and our two young children. We have paid $75,300 in those six years in rent for our two bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Where are the improvements and maintenance going? This property needs brand new sod in front of D building. The golf balls flying all over are an issue, they should have a net put up around the back to keep the balls from hitting people and property.
