Finding an apartment is easy, finding a place to call home, not so much. That is why I consider myself lucky that I came to Rockledge Villas. It begins with the property manager, Marilyn. She is a calming presence in a hectic undertaking. She made the application process simple and expedient. We moved in two weeks after we first saw the property. We absolutely LOVE living here. The view is amazing. The apartment is prefect. The grounds are beautiful. It's also very quiet. The pool is beautiful. The office manager worked really hard to get the pool fixed properly so it was safe for us. The pool is always clean. If you can it's worth moving here. This is one of the best apartment complex in the area. They really try to make it nice for the BIPOC (brown indigenous people of color) community and POC (people of color) community to feel safe. I have lived here for 1year and I love it here. It is a wonderful place to live. It's crime free and quiet and they take care of the grounds and Marilyn is great and takes care of any issues you have
Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Property manager and staff are amazing, hardworking, and incredibly kind. Finally have an apartment I'm happy and proud to call home.
