Rockledge Villas Apartments is very nice and quiet place to live highly recommended. The month of May (2024), I had some water issues in my apartment, manager and staffed took care of everything in a timely manner replace my floors which looks so beautiful.I appreciate them, thank you for all that you do.
Awesome Manager Marilyn and also the maintenance crew, Mercedes, Julio and Jose! Spacious rooms, storage galore, older apartment complex (1968 CBS built) bordering on Rockledge Country Club on the northwest side of Fiske Blvd and Andrews Blvd.
Sturdy building. The grass (or lack of it) could be improved. Would love to see an update to the playground because it is just a few swings and a broken bench with no shade, which is a shame because the location of the outdoor play area could be a really amazing spot for a community garden and outdoor seating area. The complex is pet friendly (with deposit) for smaller breed dogs and cats. There are bags provided and a can for pet waste on the property to help keep it clean for everyone.
