My experience living at Rockledge Villas has been wonderful thanks to our property manager Ms Marilyn lugo. Marilyn is an exceptional manager, making sure the pool and grounds are well maintained and the staff is polite and responsive. It's a quiet and peaceful place, and Marilyn is always accessible and I really enjoy living here.
Wonderful apartments and overall great, quiet community. The property manager, Marilyn, handles problems quickly and professionally. My family member is a veteran who rents there and has nothing but wonderful things to say about the complex. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. All members of the property staff are caring and approachable. Any maintenance issue has been remedied the same day it was reporte... read more
We absolutely LOVE living here. The view is amazing. The apartment is prefect. The grounds are beautiful. It's also very quiet. The pool is beautiful. This is one of the best apartment complex in the area. They really try to make it nice for the BIPOC (brown indigenous people of color) community and POC (people of color) community to feel safe. It's a great and safe communit... read more
