My experience with this apartment complex has been deeply disappointing from the very beginning. I relocated from Boston, Massachusetts to Atlanta in March and drove down after calling the leasing office multiple times to confirm that my unit would be fully ready upon arrival. Although I was informed that previous tenants were still occupying the unit, I was repeatedly assured that all repairs would be completed before my move-in date. Those assurances were false. UPDATE:🚨🚨🚨 Update 12/21/25 They refunded us $350, it honestly should have been more for the inconvenience. Disappointed with our experience at Rockledge. We were originally approved for two different apartments, but both were later reassigned to others who were able to move in earlier. Even though we had been transparent from the beginning about needing a mid-August move-in date. That change was frustrating and left us feeling overlooked. I had to change my review. The old management was competent, this new leadership, not so much. Pro: New manager has cool tattoos. You can see them all. Cons: Since new management took over, this place is attrocious. The mail room lockers do not work anymore even though i am charged extra, trash is left outside the compactor, and the MOST ATROCIOUS, is BHLIFE feels like they can add additional charges to your rent without the renter knowing , and when i inquired with the Manager Heather, i was told, in writing, they do not ha... read more
