I really wasn't going to leave a review because I like to mind my business, but at this point people should know what they're getting into with this complex if they think about leasing. I'll start by saying this place is extremely dirty. I don't even mind bugs, but this is the woods and there are obvious rats and raccoons scurrying around here. Easy with the move in process
I encountered a problem while uploading requested documents to "Two Dots" and reached out to the office team for help and Nellie helped me to navigate my way through to getting the problem resolved and successfully uploaded the documents. She was very professional, helpful, pleasant and courteous.
5 stars always! I have really loved living at Rockledge this past year. My maintenance man Julio is always friendly and funny, and always makes sure my unit is taken care of! The leasing office has always been quick about responding to any issues I’ve had. My only complaint is the spiders.😂
Jamal was quick and efficient with my water heater issue. He was also super polite and respectful of my home. I appreciate his hard work & due diligence.
