Me and my fiancé have been living here for almost 3 years now, at first we thought it was pretty good, but obviously as most apartments go, that changes very quickly. One thing I will say is that the maintenance team seemed to care a good bit about helping, if they’re given bad equipment to work with that’s not their fault, for the most part they do fix our issues relatively fast. Seven months with a broken bathroom and still no fix. Management is unresponsive to maintenance emergencies. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere in Marietta. Communication is poor and repairs are non-existent.
STAY AWAY. Management is a joke. I’ve been paying full rent for 7 months and still can’t use my primary bathroom. They’ve ignored me for over 210 days while I live with standing water and a plumbing system that clearly failed long ago. Instead of hiring a real plumber, they make pathetic excuses and try to blame the tenant for their own rotting pipes. They are happy to take your money every month but won't lift a finger to provide a habitable home. This place is a health hazard and management is completely incompetent.
Rick’s response time was super quick! He solve my light bulb issue and resolved my ice maker issue. Very knowledgeable!
