I’ve lived in Building Six at Rockledge Apartments for the past two years, and it has truly been an amazing experience. Dirty and dingy apartment complex, they don’t open the gym when it’s supposed to be open either. We’re leaving as soon as our lease is up.
Julio was a big help to us with a lot of our maintenance needs. He kept us updated frequently and has a kind presence. Super grateful to him!

We initially had some very frustrating inconveniences due to the previous tenants and the conditions they left the unit we were supposed to move into. But, Josh and Heather worked very hard to find a resolution and made sure we had an apartment to move into since we moved from out of state and would've had no place to stay. They answered all of our millions of questions and never made us feel like we were bothering them.
