This review is for Jason the maintenance guy! I see this guy all the time at the property and he is always in good spirits even though I know deep down inside he hates having to put all that trash into the compactor every morning so today I stopped and acknowledged all of his hard work because the people that does the Valet Trash don’t care how they leave trash on the ground

We were assigned the wrong apartment number 3 times so I had to call utilities 3 times to change the address during our move-in. During our 1st month we killed a puppy sized rat (see photo) that was making its way from the apartment next to us into ours. I love this place, great place to live
EDITED: I was referred to this area and love the amenities of the variety of pools and the beautiful gym. But here is my honest move in review: Unacceptable. I walked my unit with an agent and upon entry there was a huge roach on the baseboard. I killed it and the agent tossed it stating it may be due to the unit being sprayed. Then I went to sign my lease bc ok, maybe that was the case. Went to sign my lease and had to call the property manager to sign off as well. I was going to wait until I moved out to write this review but it’s necessary to write now. After nearly 4 years here, I can say with confidence: do not move into this apartment complex if you value your peace, privacy, safety, or basic cleanliness. The constant presence of insects, lack of basic communication, and disregard for resident wellbeing have made this place feel more like a trap than a home.
