A real pleasure to work with...Derek, with the Rockledge maintenance staff, is always on the ball. He is efficient, quick to respond, is knowledgable of maintenance issues, is courteous, and follows up with any vendors and informas us to make sure the job is done correctly and to our satisfaction. We came for a self tour and ending up talking to Patty! Let me just tell you she is the best leasing agent I have ever encountered. She was so helpful. Happy to help which is very rare with leasing agents nowadays! Highly recommend giving this place a chance!
