Friendly Staff. Beautiful cars. Nice clean waiting area with free coffee and tea. Clean and fully stocked bathrooms. Service wait times are long and scheduling times can be a hassle for service since, it seems that they tend to be backed up so you can't get service scheduled promptly. However, the warranty service that I had done there, seems to be done well and I haven't had any issues. So here is my experience. I have a Hyundai with 10,000 miles and I was leaking coolant. Went to make an appointment online. 3 weeks first appointment. I show for appoint, not greeted. Explain I have a leak. I wait and I am told it needs a part they don’t have. Try to make an appointment for the afternoon same week (part coming tomorrow Tuesday ). No afternoon appointment. Unsympathetic service dept who doesn’t give a shit about the customer even when you bought three cars from this dealer. They have an attitude like “sorry can’t help you” and good luck getting an appt before 3 weeks out… so you’re telling me that I have to anticipate a problem three weeks out … won’t buy my next car here since service is an extension of sales and I’m in the market to buy two more for my college kids… sales can blame the service dept for lost.customer - thank you. Never never again. West Nyack Hyundai is the worse. 9 weeks to get my car back for a heating issue for a 2022 tucson. Every outside mechanic I've spoken can't believe it. They gave me a loaner and I returned it washed and full tank. Unfortunately the gave me back my car dirty with all my stuff left on the seat and on the floor. Muddy inside the car like they didn't cover the seats when working on the car. We've bought 3 cars and leased 2 cars from them in the last 12 years and this is the thanks I get.
