No at all happy with the service! We brought the car in for a recall and a light that was on. I finally called to see if the car was ready after 2 days, and soon after we finally received a call that the car was ready. We leave with the car and shortly after, the car overheats and we have to keep stopping. We decide to call a tow truck because it wasn’t safe to drive it and have to wait 3 hours for a tow truck to get it towed back to them. Wow! This dealership is amazing! I was messed around by so many other dealerships who lied about having stock and used high pressure tactics! I got to Rockland and was met with Erik who had a Hyundai Kona in immaculate condition. We went for a test drive but I decided to stay with my Elantra. (Which I love, great car!) Erik and his manager Javier were so helpful and transparent with the pricing, they even helped trying to get similar monthly payments for a brand new Elantra. I cannot recommend them enough!

This Hyundai service center team performed nothing short of a miracle this past Friday! At 2:30 pm on Friday my husband and I are driving into our hotel with our engine light on and engine shaking intensely, and it had only started about 10 miles outside of Pearl River. We made the drive from the Quantico, VA area to Pearl River, NY for our dear friends’ wedding and did not expect to have car trouble. Friendly Staff. Beautiful cars. Nice clean waiting area with free coffee and tea. Clean and fully stocked bathrooms. Service wait times are long and scheduling times can be a hassle for service since, it seems that they tend to be backed up so you can't get service scheduled promptly. However, the warranty service that I had done there, seems to be done well and I haven't had any issues.
