Me and my wife were sent to go for routine colonoscopy which is fully covered by the insurance. Found dr. Korenfeld and this office. They scheduled us to meet the doctor in 2 months(!). In 2 months she accepted us for 5 min(!) where she gave us a printed list how to take laxatives. She also scheduled the procedure to more than a month away and hit insurance with bills for MORE THAN $700 TO EACH of us for in-office visit. Mind you, routine procedure didn’t even start yet. Excellent doctor with great communications balancing care and compassion on her approach.
My highest rating and best medical provider experience in years. While other doctors attempted to lure me in the operating room for hemorrhoids, Dr. Korenfeld treated me in her office. No prep, no pain, and no anesthesia. It was done in under five minutes. I felt a slight tugging which was completely gone by the next morning. After months of pain and blood, I'm cured!!!
