Constant issues that are never fixed. Don't have an issue on the weekends there is no way to contact them no 24 hour number nothing. Turns your card off with no warning has constant mistakes with their online banking where they allow pending charges to stay and also double charge you when it goes through. Issue after issue it's only gotten worse (I've used them for 20 years) and now am leaving

I left BofAshallnotbementioned 4 yrs ago and joined RFCU. Every time I've called customer service they have been nothing but kind, understanding, and above all helpful. I've been in a pinch more than once and they are willing to help out and not be greedy. This is a great bank and although I'm across the country now in CA, I won't leave. These guys offer services that rival other big banks, and are frankly better at it. I hope to continue my relationship here for long time. Thanks all!
My experience with rockland has been less than acceptable. Besides the poor service in the attleboro branch now they charge $5.00 for every card they have to make you. This is unbelievable because the card machine makes terrible low quality cards. I will be pulling all of my money out on Friday.

My very first job was here. I loved it and wish I could relive those days!!! Worked there all through high school....ran over after school and worked until closing time (5:00) and till 8:00 on Fridays. I stayed until I was 20 and moved to Canada. Everyone was like my second family!!!!
