RecommendedWe have been banking with Rockland Federal Credit Union for quite a few years. We recently had some investments decisions to make and made them with Rockland because we are so comfortable working with Anne Cabral Woodbury. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
Start to finish easiest mortgage process I ever went through. Applied on line while watching my daughter play soccer. That Monday Kim reached out to discuss what we were looking for and explained what would be needed from us and the process. Life is busy so I was sending in stuff as I got it and Kim would confirm receipt of everything. The timeline of the whole process was exactly as stated. Closed before year end like we wanted and had the closing at a branch of convenience for us. Thank you RFCU.
I can definitely recommend Rockland Federal Credit Union, the customer service is excellent, Every employee is courteous and knowledgable, Assistant Manager Anne Cabral Woodbury at the North Attleboro location is very helpful when it comes to account management, loans, bank procedures, etc.
Let clients set up auto pay online without the need to print out a bunch of forms and mail them in - that's very old school and a sign you're business is becoming outdated.
I started banking at this bank since 1962 at their original bank Rockland, a wonderful bank and many offices now on the South Shore
If you are looking to get a mortgage through Rockland Federal Credit Union I STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere! We have had constant problems and they do little to nothing to fix them! When we go to the branch to talk with a manager directly there isn't even a manager on duty! They then state they will call us the following day but never do!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The RFCU team is the best. I’ve been a member since 1991 and always have been very happy with them for my personal and business needs. :)
$10 fee to make a payment over the phone with my debit card. Ridiculous!
